Registering returns / warranty requests
You may unexpectedly want to return something, and of course you would like this to be settled quickly. You can help us with this by using the correct procedure.

You may unexpectedly want to return something, and of course you would like this to be settled quickly. You can help us with this by using the correct procedure.
Via your online account:
- Go to My Account;
- Click on the tab My invoices;
- Click the invoice associated with the product that you want to return;
- Select the product you want to return;
- Click Request return.
Returns conditions:
Hollex will process your return if the following conditions are met:
Hollex will process your return if the following conditions are met:
- If the return has not been registered via your web account, use the return form.
- The form must be completed in full and signed.
- Your return will only be processed if the return form has a return number assigned by Hollex.
- Items not purchased from Hollex may not be returned.
- You must send the shipment as carriage paid.
- Returned items must be sent unused and in their original, undamaged, and sticker-free packaging.
- You may not return items that are not in the catalog (the so-called E numbers).
- You may not return tailor-made items.
- A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be enclosed.
Conditions for granting credit:
- Returns that are returned within 60 days, if undamaged and salable, will be credited 100%.
- Returns that are returned within 120 days, if undamaged and salable, will be credited 80%.
- Returns that are returned within 180 days, if undamaged and salable, will be credited 60%.
- Returns of items purchased more than 180 days ago will not be accepted.
- Hollex reserves the right to charge 15% of the net order value, with a minimum of €25, as return costs, such as in the event of damage to the article or packaging.
